Sure the cartoon version of me can balance barbells and surf keyboards like a boss, but the real me has spent 20+ years training tens of thousands of people on tech that would make most humans' brains melt.
I'm a self-proclaimed tech nerd who gets genuinely excited when I figure out how something works. Like, embarrassingly excited. The kind of person who color-codes spreadsheets for fun and finds genuine joy in a perfectly organized Notion database. I've been building technical training since before "eLearning" was cool—back when people were still printing 200-page manuals and calling it documentation.
My career started at a credit union teaching employees how to use banking software (riveting stuff, I know), then moved to pawn shops where I became a certified diamond grader (because why not?), then landed in casino gaming where I spent years training people on slot machine management systems. After that came real estate tech, business intelligence software, and eventually the AV industry—where I spent three years as Director of Training for the Americas at Lightware Visual Engineering, building their entire training program from the ground up.
At Lightware, I designed and hosted webinars that regularly drew 60-350 live attendees (AV integrators, consultants, engineers—the whole crew). One of them—the USB Masterclass—won the 2025 rAVe People Choice Award for Best Training/Webinar. Not because I'm magic, but because I took USB-C, EDID management, and auto-switching (aka: things that make people's eyes glaze over) and made them actually interesting. Thousands of people have taken that training, and apparently, they didn't hate it.
I've also taught live at InfoComm, facilitated technical sessions for 100+ people at a time, and presented on panels at industry conferences. I'm that person who actually enjoys standing in front of a room full of engineers and making complex systems make sense. I work directly with SMEs and product teams to translate their brilliant (but incredibly dense) technical knowledge into training that real humans can absorb without needing a PhD.

My Promise & Commitment to You
You deserve more than pretty slides and polished videos. When you work with Geekee Learning, you're getting a partner who's committed to delivering content that clicks, connects, and drives real results.
Here's what that actually means:
I don't just simplify content - I engineer it. Every module, every video, every job aid is designed so your learners understand faster and retain longer. Complex technical information becomes accessible without being dumbed down. That's not luck. That's intentional design.
Pretty isn't enough. Your training needs to resonate. I use visuals, storytelling, and interaction that are built specifically for your audience, not just borrowed from a template. The goal is to make learning feel inevitable, not optional.
At the end of the day, training is only as good as the performance it creates. Every project I take on is measured by real-world outcomes: improved confidence, increased accuracy, faster onboarding, better retention. If it doesn't move the needle, it doesn't ship.
You'll always know what's happening, when to expect deliverables, and what's needed from your team. Every milestone is documented. Every decision is intentional. No surprises, no scope creep, no last-minute pivots unless we agree to them together.
I don't believe in one-and-done training. My favorite clients are the ones who see learning as an ongoing part of their success. When we work together, I learn your products, your people, and your goals inside and out. That means every new piece of training gets faster, sharper, and more aligned with your brand. I'm not just a vendor. I'm part of your team.
That's the Geekee Learning Guarantee: training that doesn't just teach, it transforms.
